Why get this book
If your prayer life feels scattered, a verse here, a rushed prayer in the car there, this book gives it a home. Treasury of Daily Prayer gathers everything for daily devotion in one place: Scripture readings, prayers, psalms, hymns and writings from the Church Fathers, all organized day by day. Lutheran pastors and laypeople alike value how orderly and easy to use it is. It's the kind of book that ends up worn soft on a kitchen table. Honest note: it's big and rich, so newcomers may want to start with just the daily reading and grow from there. Next step: read Psalm 119:105 and open today's page.
